Saying, Great job, you did a great thing; that keeps everyone doing a great job, as well. We are all inter dependent, we need each other. Take care of your neighbors.        Though every now and then, our: trust gets us killed, love gets us hurt and being real gets us hated; continue to remain good and keep on pleasing God, leading a good life before God and before men; forgiving and forgetting those fake people, because all that glitters is not gold. Don't expect fish to fly or a bird to swim. Accept, appreciate what you receive and never expect anything from others.

Keep on doing good. Never stop that just because someone doesn't like or appreciate it. God loves it, that's enough, someday you will receive your rewards. So ignore the evil and selfish world around and continue to help the poor and needy. Bible/God says let not your left hand know what your right hand does. So do it secretly. Be wise.
