We can increase our sense of joy anytime we choose by simply taking some pain to help someone who is less fortunate than us. Kindness is also a seed for joy. The more loving and kind you are, the more Joyful you can be... Try to experience it... Wisdom of God is so supreme [Proverbs 21.30] He can even make our enemies [Proverbs 16.7] to love, protect, provide, help and work for us, until our life is over and gone. God is God. His wisdom has no limits.
