Men look for Qualified people whereas GOD Qualifies the people who choose to Believe, Obey HIM/BIBLE; to do great and awesome things in HIM, for HIM and through HIM [John 14.12], [Philippians 4.13]. Men look at our physical appearance and Past whereas GOD looks at our inner man and Future [Jeremiah 17.10]. When our Intents are good, just, right; love, peace for others; GOD is Pleased and Proud [Hosea 6.6]. Beloved so be: Just, Holy, Humble, Grateful, Loving, Kind, Forgiving, and be Beautiful inside Pleasing GOD rather than men, devil, world only to be Disappointed and Deceived in the end [Matthew 6.24].
